1. Mr. Hedley taught us how we can write the procedure and what we can use with it, for example: sequence words:
• First.
• Secondly.
• After that.
• Next.
• Finally.
Use the imperative voice, for example:
Firstly, fill the kettle with some water and be careful that you don’t pass the maximum mark. With highlight if we like.
In addition, I learned how to use the active voice e.g. make, choose, fill, etc.

2. Mr. Hedley taught us how to write the essays and what to include e.g.
• The introduction. (25-30 words)
• The body. (100-110 words)
• The conclusion. (25-30words)

3. I learned from him to highlight or to color the verbs: simple past, past perfect, past continuous.
• Security people tried to stop him. (simple past)
